OVERVIEW
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
We're happy to offer a replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or the print doesn't match what you ordered
- Your order was lost in transit and never arrived
We also want to be flexible — if something else went wrong that isn't listed above, reach out anyway. We'll do our best to help.
HOW TO GET IN TOUCH
Just send us an email at info@findmeonce.com with:
- Your order number
- A quick description of the issue
- A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect (this helps us a lot)
We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days and walk you through the next steps.
RESOLUTION OPTIONS
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll work with you on the best solution:
- Free replacement shipped to you at no cost
- Store credit to use on your next order
- Full or partial refund back to your original payment method
We'll always try to find the option that makes the most sense for your situation.
A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
Since all of our products are made to order, we aren't able to accept returns for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering — if you're unsure between two sizes, feel free to email us before buying and we'll help you pick the right one.
We also can't process returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. If it's been longer than that, shoot us an email and we'll look into it right away.
