PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All orders are made to order. Production takes 1–6 business days depending on the item and order volume. Production time is separate from shipping time and is not included in delivery estimates. Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may experience longer production times.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times exclude local holidays and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
TRACKING
Every order is assigned a tracking number once fulfilled. You will receive your tracking information by email. Use it to monitor your package at any time. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at info@findmeonce.com
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. However, certain countries and regions may have restrictions on incoming shipments — availability is shown at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us as soon as possible at info@findmeonce.com. We'll work with you to find a resolution. Please note that once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
